Outside of keeping loans on track, Star enjoys shooting pool, competing in mini golf, and relaxing on trips to the beach.

As our Client Services Manager and Jr. Loan Officer, Alissa Pazda has been a licensed Loan Officer since 2017 and brings a well-rounded understanding of the mortgage process. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and plays a key role in supporting multiple loan officers, helping keep everything organized and moving efficiently from contract to close. With hands-on experience behind the scenes of the loan process, Alissa understands what it takes to keep closings on track and clients informed. She serves as a consistent point of contact throughout the homebuying process, bringing clarity and simplicity to an experience that can often feel complex and overwhelming. A Marietta native, Alissa enjoys exploring new spots around metro Atlanta, and finding places where her husky, Leroy, can tag along. She keeps a balance between staying active, spending time with friends and family, and the occasional day to recharge at home.
